Ahead of the game’s release on October 25th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC, Bandai Namco released a new gameplay trailer for Dragonball Xenoverse 2 featuring the different forms of Frieza, Hit, Cooler and Goku.

The first trailer that Bandai rolled out features Hit versus Super Saiyan Goku. You can check out the 49 second video below, with Hit taking some mean hits to Goku in a tournament stage.

The video is short and sweet. We get to see one of Hit’s special attacks where he pummels Goku with his lightning purple fists.

The next video features 30 seconds of Frieza taking on a battered up Goku from the Frieza saga. The final form of Frieza is in play, and he throws some projectiles at Goku, executes a few combos and puts his speed on display. You can check it out below.

The third and final video features Cooler in his final form going against Goku. Apparently Bandai really wanted people to see Goku getting his butt kicked across the stage.

The clip is pretty quick, also clocking it at just over 30 seconds. Cooler manages to unleash a few devastating moves, including a power meteor style attack at the end of the clip. You can check it out below.

Dragonball Xenoverse was pretty cool for its different take on the lore of the popular series, spanning everything from the basic DBZ saga to the DB GT era.

They have more characters, more customization options, more special moves, more interactivity and more multiplayer functionality in the sequel.

A lot of fans are excited for the sequel, some of the new characters and the new take on the stories surrounding the history of the series. You can look for the game to launch on October 25th in North America and on October 28th in Europe.
