We haven’t received any games recently that happened to be in real-time, that are top-down shooters and that incorporates physics while taking place in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, where players assume the role of special forces unit attempting to stop terrorists. Well, FragOut Studio seeks to bring the above to PC under the title of Thunder Tier One, which recently received a new update.

The most recent update brings shotguns to Thunder Tier One, although the game isn’t out yet for gamers to play, we do learn that they can take down enemies very quickly under the right circumstances. An update video demonstrations showing the newly implemented shotgun can be seen below thanks to the devs Twitter σελίδα.

The top-down shooter may be zoomed out, but that does not stop the devs from polishing the game so that everything looks nice and proper. Characters will adjust to uneven terrain and other objects when walking, running or standing/crouching. This animation blend can be seen below.

If you want to help the devs out and get an early taste of the game to send in feedback and other vital information regarding the game’s growth, the devs have this to say to you:
“You are more than welcome to join our discord community and wait for next batch of pre-alpha keys, we will be happy to let you in and get to know what do you think of our gameplay.”
“Pre-alpha tests will primairly focus on gathering feedback on the game mechanics, features and gameplay. So for now, just hop in and take down as many bad guys as you can or try the simple round-based team deathmatch mode.”
