Do you like MMORPGs? If so, there is a game that is in the works that goes by the name of Dark and Light. The game allows folks to interact with the world, build up places brick by brick, level up, tame pets and use all sorts of magic. Snail Games USA is set to release Σκοτάδι και το φως for PC sometime in 2017.

Some time back we covered this game Σκοτάδι και το φως, but just recently the devs released a snippet of footage showing and detailing what players can do in the current state of the game. But first, you can read over the official description that explains what Σκοτάδι και το φως seeks to offer:

«Το Dark and Light είναι ένα τεράστιο sandbox RPG που διαδραματίζεται σε έναν κόσμο που κυριαρχείται από ισχυρές στοιχειώδεις δυνάμεις. Βρείτε το δρόμο σας σε έναν σχολαστικά δημιουργημένο κόσμο, με εκπληκτικά τοπία, μια μεγάλη ποικιλία από μυθικά πλάσματα και απεριόριστες δυνατότητες να δημιουργήσετε, να δημιουργήσετε και να ξεκλειδώσετε περισσότερες από 100 ικανότητες."

Now that the description and video trailer is out of the way, the new information that comes through short trailers via Twitter reveal some of the latest in-game footage pertaining to Dark and Light.

It’s worth noting that the videos clips show early builds of the game, so if it looks a bit unpolished and choppy that’s because the game is in its pre-Alpha state.

The first clip shows how you can use environmental props/objects to hurt other enemies.

The next video reveals mystical creatures that live in the realm of Dark and Light.

The last video clip reveals riding mounts and how you can use weapons on them to decimate enemies around and about the dangerous fields.

I’m not sure how this MMO will be on release, but it currently has no official release date aside from “Coming 2017”. What is known is that the game will be for PC and will come out this year. For more info on Σκοτάδι και το φως μπορείς να χτυπήσεις playdnl.com.
