After a bunch of rumors swirled and a lot of misdirection was put into motion, fans of Το Mass Effect (and the even fewer who are devout of Ανδρομέδα) are still left in the dark regarding any potential new DLC for BioWare’s latest game, Mass Effect: Ανδρομέδα. According to various reports, you’ll be waiting until the twelfth of never to get your hands on the content.

Σύμφωνα με IGN, EA has continued to deny any future DLC for the game following a stint where a company named Sinclair Networks claimed that they had a contract to work on three pieces of single-player DLC for Mass Effect: Ανδρομέδα but the contract was cancelled after EA announced that they were putting the franchise on ice.

A rep for Electronic Arts reiterated to IGN that they had nothing to announce regarding content or DLC for Mass Effect: Ανδρομέδα. BioWare meanwhile, denounced the claims Sinclair Networks made, but additional rumors hinted that the game won’t be receiving any DLC at all, and that it’s still effectively on hiatus as per the reports following EA’s last conference call.

Supposedly we won’t be seeing anymore of Το Mass Effect until a long time from now. BioWare Montreal, the studio that headed up development on Ανδρομέδα, has reportedly been regulated to support duty for BioWare Austin and BioWare Edmonton. The other main studios are also hard at work on Ύμνος, the upcoming sci-fi third-person shooter set to rival Destiny 2.

Another part of BioWare is also reportedly hiring for a new Dragon Age παιχνίδι. This title is another one of BioWare’s former go-to franchises for big sales, but recent drama and a reputation as an SJW company has sort of put BioWare in the gutter when it comes to mind-share amongst core gamers. They didn’t help themselves by also blaming everyone up and down the development lane for the fiasco that was Mass Effect: Ανδρομέδα.

Regardless of whatever your impressions were of Ανδρομέδα, there won’t be any DLC arriving for the game in the foreseeable future.
